May 15th, 2101. I now firmly believe that there is a God. Months into my journey into the vast unknown, I have made Contact. I have finally encountered another living creature. Yesterday, a mercenary vessel approached my ship and made contact with me. I thought for sure I was going crazy, seeing things that weren’t there. But this was real. This was real.

Coincidentally, I was the first ship that they encountered since Earth cracked in two. Their ship is called The Sotiras…which is Greek for Savior. Has God shown me a sign? I mean…this is not merely coincidence. In all of the galaxy, in the vast space…how did I make contact with a “savior”?

The Sotiras has a crew of seven, but was usually manned by a crew of twelve. I guess since Zero Hour, things have changed for us all. I was delighted to finally talk to someone other than myself…and the hallucinations. This is a great day indeed.

I spoke with the captain of the Sotiras. He calls himself Lykos, the lone wolf. He said that his crew had been drifting as long as I have been. But he said that they have a destination planet, but are not entirely sure how to get there. Lykos mentioned that there would be other humans there and that it’s not too far away from our current location. I was delighted to hear this, as I have had no idea where I’ve been traveling since the incident. Lykos will let me follow him on his journey. I gladly accept.
